Message	-air in the system -adjustment -something wrong in the system like MC bypassing a little fluid, or maybe bent TO arm or weak pressure plate springs. Some pressure plates do take a little more throw to release them and it takes some time to get the rod adjusted just right so it releases it but still allows the proper piston location when released so the fluid returns properly.
